Refund Policies and Terms
Order Updates: For the latest information, visit our social media or call us. Please note that due to COVID-19, some delays are unavoidable, but your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
Faulty Items: If an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for its intended purpose, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement. Items must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return.
Change of Mind: Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any issues. We will work to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, are non-returnable. Contact us if you have questions about specific items.
Exchanges: For exchanges, return the item and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Cancellations of Order: We will inform you of any stock issues or limitations. Cancellations due to our error will be fully refunded.
Refunds on Pre-Orders: Full refunds are available for pre-order items until the release date. After this time, refunds for pre-order items will be issued as store credit.
